Survey Results

It is extremely important to YORKTEST to find out what experiences our customers have had following receipt of their results.  Three months after receiving their results, each customer is sent a questionnaire to fill in so we can monitor satisfaction levels, implement any good suggestions or think about how we can improve the service we offer.  We have recently completed a survey of over 7,500 people and have analysed the responses.  We do get some interesting and useful feedback and suggestions from customers who have experienced the foodSCAN service and try to implement some of the changes to make our service as thorough and tailored as possible.
